Payment Portal Transition

We are thrilled to announce that we are launching a brand-new Customer Payment and Billing Portal during the week of March 2nd to March 6th.

The new portal found at southsidewaterandsewer.org will allow you to easily view your bill, monitor usage, enroll in paperless billing, pay your bill online and more.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: To ensure your account remains secure, a one-time setup will be required. When the portal goes live, simply visit the designated link to create your account and re-link your preferred payment method.
