New Service Request

Welcome to the Southside Water and Sewer District Community. 

Application for Service Within the District

Property Owner must provide:

  • The Building Application submitted to the County with Time/Stamp "Received" including the following
  • Type of dwelling(s)
  • Square footage
  • RP# and legal description or physical address
  • Site Plan showing current water or sewer easements
  • Floor Plans with elevation drawings

The Board of Directors will review the request at the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting.

  • If approved, the District will collect a non-refundable $500 administrative / inspection fee and the signed service agreement from the property owner. 
  • The District will provide a will-serve letter that is good for up to one year from the date of approval and any sign off that the County requires.
  • The connection / hookup fee is due before the connection is made to the main line. See "Current Rates" for more information.
  • Monthly service charges begin once the service is connected to the District main line, whether in use or not.
