Our mission is to provide public sewer and water service to property owners in the district while preserving and protecting the aquifer, river and lake. To assure pure drinking water and effectively treated wastewater we maintain the highest security, safety, construction practices and operating standards, while practicing fiscal responsibility. We continually monitor water quality and manage the watershed to understand and prevent negative influences while operating a safe, secure and reliable sewer and water utility. We take pride in our community and continually seek to improve the services we provide our customers.

NOTICE: Boil Water Advisory
September 15, 2025
Water Patrons: There was a system wide loss of pressure and the District is issuing a boil water advisory for all water patrons. If you are east of Fry Creek you can ignore this advisory. CDC recommends that water be at a full rolling boil for a minimum of 60 seconds for consumption. The pressure issue has been resolved and samples have been taken for testing. Please see the District website at southsidewaterandsewer.org for updates as they are available.
