NOTICE: Boil Water Advisory

June 27, 2025

There was a depressurization event this morning at the Hawkins Booster Station and the Southside Water and Sewer District is issuing a boil water advisory for water patrons south of the Hawkins Booster Station at 199 Hawkins Road.  This includes all of Williams Road and Hawkins Spur.  CDC recommends that water be at a full rolling boil for a minimum of 60 seconds for consumption. The depressurization issue has been resolved and samples will be taken for testing on Monday.  Please see the District website at southsidewaterandsewer.org for updates as they are available.
